Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. However, during high-volume periods, there may be slight delays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Slow Ride is not responsible for carrier delays or lost/stolen packages.
Exchanges
We do not accept returns—only exchanges. If you need a different size or a different item, you may exchange your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
